- Registration certificate of the enterprise
- Address of the registered office in India (same as company registration certificate). Documentary proof may be (self-attested photocopy) any one of the following: (a) Electricity Bill; or (b) Phone / Mobile Bill; or (c) Bank statement (1st and last page of passbook)
- Credentials of past projects undertaken (self-attested copy of contracts/project description which shows provision of products/services to Smallholder farmers or their collectives)
- Awards or recognitions received if any
- Audited financial statements from the past 3 years (applicants will be required to submit audited financial statements for the last three years i.e. FY 2018-19, 2019-20 and 2020-21 or since inception if vintage is lesser than three years)
- Other relevant documents
A minimum of 3 minute to 7 minute video presentation (either in Hindi or Marathi) may to be submitted, covering the following :
- Short introduction to the enterprise including its geographical area of operations
- What are the smallholder farmer challenges that the enterprise is trying to address?
- Description of the DAT solution developed by the enterprise, including the business model and cost structure of the product/service offering
- How is the DAT solution developed by the enterprise helping to address the smallholder farmer challenges that the enterprise is focusing on?
- How many customers does the enterprise have currently? What are some of the key milestones that the enterprise has achieved in terms of impacting smallholder farmers?

The Hon. Balasaheb Thackeray Agribusiness and Rural Transformation Project (SMART) by Maharashtra Village Social Transformation Foundation (MVSTF), Maharashtra State Rural Livelihoods Mission (MSRLM), and Maharashtra Agricultural Competitiveness Project (MACP) with an aim to transform Rural Maharashtra through “SMART” interventions in Agriculture and Livelihood sectors, assisted by World Bank is a livelihood project for rural Maharashtra that is formulated and implemented through collaboration.

The SMART Agtech Integration Facility (AIF) aims to connect Community Based Organizations (CBOs) in the state of Maharashtra with Disruptive Agricultural Technology (DAT) solution providers to provide them with the most relevant solutions to address their critical technological needs. The project will support the development and partial financing of CBOs that aim to pilot, disseminate and adopt innovative technologies.
